Apartment Review for Wyndham Hill Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

What seemed to start out rather nice (once signing the lease) progressively turned into a nightmare. For $800 a month my husband and I got, very thin walls, outdated carpeting, appliances that constantly broke down (washer and dryer from the 1970's) and a VERY rude leasing manager. We only moved into these apartments when he was transferred from out of state until our home was built. I cannot tell you just how elated I was to leave. And of course, once we did leave, the Leasing Manager decided to keep our entire security deposit of of spite. It was a very horrible experience and I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else. My brother currently rents at Bayberry Apartments in Standale and has nothing but great things to say. Take my advice and go elsewhere. You will be quite elated that you did.
