Keith Cannon is a thief. He never returns security deposits. He makes NO EFFORT to send it to you even if you give him an address. It's all about money to him, and of course you can't sue for it after 6 months, so by the time i realized i wasn't getting it back, it was too late. That guy needs to go to jail. He has done this to other people. Who knows if his company is still in business. i cannot find an office location anymore. Also, they take forever to repair anything. Everything is done cheaply. The walls leaked, the roof leaked, there were plumbing leaks, the property was always icy, never mowed, and trash was always everywhere. He seems like a nice guy BEFORE you rent from him. After the lease is signed you NEVER see him again.
