Apartment Review for Central Park Place Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

Convicted sex offenders live there. They charge you for water you don't use. I wasn't even living there and received a $16.00 water bill. They give you all these rent credits, but beware if you terminate lease early which they have an addemn to do you have to back pay all the credits. Also you get notices of the crime and peeping toms in the complex. Maintenance never fixes a thing completely. Always going to come back, but you never see them again. I would highly recommend you not rent here!
