Apartment Review for Hidden Valley Townhomes - Grand Rapids, MI

When we moved in we were promised a unit that was in as good of shape as the model. We had to fight with management for 3 months to get the mold removed from the bathroom and some of our issues still aren't resolved. I had to call the property owner and the health department before they would fix my sinks and replace the rotted mold infested wood underneath. They finally did that but they didn't clean up the mold on the walls they sprayed primer on it. My screen door has fallen off and hit my son twice, they sent mat. to fix it 3 times and they still haven't replaced it.
