Apartment Review for Northview Harbor - Grand Rapids, MI

Alright apartment. Loud neighbors. Can hear everyone walking above you. Trash outside in back of apartments. Dog poop not picked up. No washer and dryer. Nicest, cheapest place to have an animal that I have found yet. The staff are nice when you move in, but after you are in, it appears that they really do not care a whole lot about you. Our carpet was stained bad when we got in, we had them clean it once, it went away, and now it is coming back and it is much worse. The workers do not return calls. The maintenence does not come when you are told he will. You have to write written complaints and they are not sympathetic at all. It is starting to become kinda
