Apartment Review for Oakview Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

it a pice of crap. maintenance don't do shit.and the people in the office are fake. the noise is load you can hear people in the building. sweet street side is shity. the parking lot is dark at night. people hang out side in the parking lot at night. the only side of the apartments that looks good and they take care of better is the one's by the office. mold grew around my air condion and ice in the winter they never took care of it when i said something about it and another person had mold growing around there heater in a bedroom and they hold her that it was not there problem. there rating should be -10. I had gave my 1 month old child a bath in the kitchen in his bath tub and i had used the water from the kitchen sink and after i was done giving him a bath he had smelled like mold. so i had went to the kitchen sink and truned on the water and it was the water that smelled like mold. i had told them in the office about it and they didn't do anything about it. they said they had the city come out and test the water and said that there was nothing wrong with the water but that was a dam lie. We had to use the water out of are bathroom to drink water and water for ice cube's.
