Apartment Review for Old Orchard Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

This apartment complex is absoloutely disgusting! The hallways STINK!! everything falls apart and there are creepy people here! I woke up my first morning there after a long night of hearing my upstairs neighbors screaming at eachother...I heard someone coughing, like they were dying outside...i look out my bedroom window and see a man going thru the dumpster, eating. There are bugs everywhere including crickets, spiders, and pill bugs...they love my bedroom.. I hate it and i cant waiti to move out!! like the user before me said...DONT MOVE HERE!! its not worth the rent!!!
