Apartment Review for Old Orchard Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

I stayed there for a long time and in the later part of my lease it starting testing my patience... Everything at Old Orchard suck BIG time... People at the office are creepy and so very rude and mean. They DO NOT deserve any business! The maintenance is poor, apartment conditions are poor, they treat residents badly and they'll be out of the business soon... They've recently lowered their rent to lure customers but in vain... Now, when I pass through the apartments, it is all deserted... IT NOT worth your money. Don't plan to move here...
