Apartment Review for Central Park Place Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

Ok, so not many things bother me but after living here I feel like people need to realize that this place is far past its glory years. The place is going down hill fast. Pretty much everything needs to be updated. If something needs to be fixed they say.."Oh we'll be back" and you have to wait another 2 months with out working appliances. Asking for something to get done is recieved with great annoyance from the staff who could care less about serving the customer. But they do make sure they overcharge on your utilites and they do enter your apartment when you are not there. Bottom line...DONT RENT HERE!
