Apartment Review for Rolling Pines - Grand Rapids, MI

I lived at this place for 2 years and I Would not recommend this place to live for a dog let alone people or familys. The service was awful, the maintenance was so slow. You would call in a work order and you would be lucky to see someone for 2 weeks. The office staff was so friendly until you move in. Then they all turned on you and didn't know your name except when it was time to get your money. The manager at the time was so rude to people and the new one is even worst. I had alot of trouble with bugs in my house all the time. Alot of the apartments are infested with mold and of course the office staff does not know if it is dangerous or not. they just dance around the issue.please look some where else to live. They have loud childern and alot of drug traffic on the property. The office knows about the drugs but will not do anything about it. stay away if you can. Unless you like criminals, drug traffic,loud kids,dirty swimming pool,slow maintenance,rude office staff,and bugs.
