Apartment Review for Rolling Pines - Grand Rapids, MI

this place was awful. after living here for 3 months of my 1 year lease, i had to move and find a much better place to live. The service is awful. The people are rude and the children living here are wild, naughty, theives and so very noisy. the swimming pool is dirty. the mailboxes are all rusted out. there is no place to park. 2 years ago a dead body was found burried in the woods at these apartments. everything breaks. the space is useless. the appliances are old and grungy. the carpets are dirty and worn. they will not let you paint. the landscaping is gross. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
