Apartment Review for Royal Vista - Grand Rapids, MI

My husband and I lived here for two years and were very happy with our apartment, the management, and maintenance. We had a garage, a full-size washer and dryer in our apartment, ample parking space, and great neighbours as well. There is a very nice neighbourhood to take walks in just around the bend of Elmridge. Quiet, friendly and a great value overall. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, they do not allow pets, which we would consider the ONLY drawback to this community.
