Apartment Review
Don't do it!

The management here is constantly changing, the current property manager, puts the cart in front of the horse constantly. Current examples; deciding to have 2 buildings for dogs, and letting everyone in the community know if they want to move into one of these 2 buildings, but not notifying the current tenants or asking how they felt about that? and not even giving them the option to transfer to another building. Then one lady has problems with her keyedlock into her garage, because someone else was able to open her garage. Well what about the other 179 tenants, so they took all the keyedlocks off the garages, and left the notice on our doors the same day, those who left their remote openers in the car could not get in their garages. Maintenance had to crawl through rafters to let some people in to their own garages. Worse yet, now have to carry a bulky remote pad in your coat or purse, wait til summer, make it a necklace. Not cool, the place is falling apart and no longer a desirable community, and the current management sneers at the tenants when they come to the office more then half the time. No people skills. For what I pay, and the longevity of how long I have lived there, they do not seem to care about who pays their salaries and bonuses. Maybe those bonuses should be used to repair the garage doors they are trying to keep locked. Oh did I mention the parking problem. That right, only 2 cars per apartment, and one has to be in the garage. Personally I know of at least 4 or more apartments, within just 2 of the buildings that have at least 3 cars at all times in the parking lot, and they use their garage for storage. That is not policed, they seem to care about the wrong stuff. There are nicer places out there for the dollars, and in much better shape.
