Apartment Review for Top Of The Hill - Grand Rapids, MI

The Apartment is downtown near Spectrum and that is why I gave it a 4 on safety. The complex has 16 units and the neighbors know everybody, and keep a very close eye on the place. The appearance is a little dated however you can pay more somewhere else if you want something better looking without a pool. The manager owns the place and does most of the maintenance. I only had to call him once and he was over in 5 min to fix my sink. However the small maintenance issues sometimes do not get resolved. The noise level I gave a 4 because of the ambulances, spectrum mowing there grass at 3:00 am as well as ongoing construction. The noise didn't bother us after the first month we became use to it. You also can occasionally hear your neighbors. We miss living there and moved out of state.
