Apartment Review for Viewpointe Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

Extremely unprofessional managerial staff. The manager and maintanance man (2 guys for 100 apts- does that sound right?) are cousins and professional liars. It took 2 months at one point to fix my washing machine and they love to lose any paperwork that might mean you owe them $$ if not turned in. I didn't get my move out notice 'signed and copied' by Lois and now they are claiming I didn't turn one in. They fire their office staff on a whim consistently (probably when the girls realize how dishonest they are and call them on it) and as a result the place is very shabbily run. The back parking lot is pretty much impossible for them to plow safely so its really easy to end up needing a tow truck just to get your car out in the winter. (did that twice). Its also very icy and unsalted. The back stairwell is a nightmare. BTW. Check the Registered sex offender list to see how many live there...
