Apartment Review for Viewpointe Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

The apartment manager, Lois is known for being a professional pain in the ass. She lies and threatens residents on a daily basis all b/c she filed for bankruptcy a few years ago. The upkeep of the building is horrible, there are rumors of roaches, flies, mice, etc. and Lois denies it. She also denied the fact that there were sex offenders living there but if you search on the Michigan Sex Offender website, you will find a few that live there. Steer clear of Viewpointe!!!
